Planning & Consultation

Consult with your lawyer so that you are aware of the major legal issues in your country in the event of a crisis.
Consult with your partners when creating your plan eg police , emergency services , government as it is important that everybody is aligned.

Start Listening – Pre Crisis

Employ social listening tools e.g. Google Alert that notify of a crisis or pending crisis
Event Press Officer tasked to manage and alert the Senior event team of any positive or negative trends developing
